Information we collect
When you submit a welding-shop access request, supplier access request, or contact form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, company, email address, business type, estimating or supplier catalog and order workflow details, and message.
How we use information
We use submitted information to review access requests, respond to questions, understand how welding shops and metal suppliers work, protect the website from abuse, and improve Estivelo.
Website security information
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect forms from spam and abuse. When the security check runs, Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address and browser or device characteristics. We send the resulting security token to Cloudflare for validation, but we do not store that token with your form submission.
How information is stored
Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare database. Cloudflare also processes technical requests needed to deliver and secure the website. Access to submissions is limited to people who need the information to review access requests and respond to messages.
Analytics and cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate information about website traffic and performance. Its analytics beacon does not use cookies or local storage and is not used to identify or follow individual visitors. This aggregate measurement continues when optional analytics is declined. Cloudflare may use browser storage that is necessary to deliver and protect the website and run Turnstile.
Google Analytics is not active on this version of the website, and no Google Analytics cookies or event requests are used.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate Estivelo, or when required by law.
Retention and choices
We keep submitted information while it is reasonably needed for the purposes described here, then remove it when it is no longer needed. You may contact us to ask about, correct, or delete information you submitted.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy as Estivelo and its website develop. The date at the top will show the latest revision.
