About these terms
These terms apply to this marketing website and its welding-shop access, supplier access, and contact forms. Separate terms may apply if you are invited to use the Estivelo application.
Website use
This website provides information about Estivelo and accepts expressions of interest. Use it only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its security or operation, submit false or harmful material, or try to access information that is not intended for you.
Reviewed access requests
Submitting a request does not create an account or guarantee access, availability, pricing, or a launch date. Supplier setup and real trading require separate approval. If you are invited, additional terms may apply to your use of the Estivelo application.
Product information
Estivelo is under active development. Website descriptions may change. Visual concepts, rough materials, and draft cut information require professional review and are not engineering or fabrication instructions.
Intellectual property
The website, Estivelo name, logo, software, and original content are owned by Estivelo or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.
Third-party services
Links to third-party services are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy practices apply.
Disclaimer
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, Estivelo disclaims warranties concerning uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Estivelo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
