Customer estimates need complete pricing. Supported planning drafts need complete construction and cutting inputs, and can work without prices or a photo.
Optionally discuss a gate concept
Request concepts only when useful for the customer conversation. A concept does not establish measurements or construction.
Request and compare supplier offers
Send reviewed material needs to selected connected suppliers. Each supplier replies with a private offer.
Choose one pickup order
The shop explicitly accepts one whole-request quote, then follows the chosen pickup order. Nothing is selected or purchased automatically.

Customer jobs and estimates
Keep customer details, named gate products, prices, notes, and issued estimates together. Multiple gates can stay in one customer job and one consolidated estimate under managed gate access.
Pricing your way
Build gate selling prices from your selected private price book or prices entered for the job. Review material, labor, service lines, and adjustments before issuing an estimate.
Supported gate-planning drafts
Prepare drawings, materials, cuts, and stock purchases for supported rectangular vertical-picket gates: single swing, double swing, and dedicated sliding recipes, including flat-top, double-rail, and optional purchased spear tips.
Every fabrication output is an unvalidated draft. Your shop checks measurements, construction, hardware, and suitability before building.
Optional gate concepts
Request and retain a selected concept in the customer’s opening when it helps the discussion. Concepts are optional and do not establish site measurements or fabrication dimensions.
Private-beta categories
Enrolled accounts can keep doors, fences and matching panels, railings and handrails, and window guards or security grilles in a customer job and consolidated estimate.
These non-gate categories use manual quotes today. They do not include AI imagery, calculated materials or cuts, or fabrication documents.
Connected supplier requests
Send a reviewed material request to connected suppliers, compare their private offers, and choose one whole-request quote for a pickup order.
Supplier workspaces are available through onboarding and pilot with approved setup. A request does not automatically choose, approve, or purchase an order.
Optional gate concepts
Give the customer a focused way to discuss the gate.
For a supported configuration, your shop can explicitly request two concepts in the customer’s photo, then retain a selected concept with the saved gate. Generation is separate from pricing and planning readiness.
Concepts are for customer discussion. They do not measure the site or establish fabrication dimensions. Your shop still checks the job before building.

A welding shop can organize customer jobs, price gate work, issue customer estimates, prepare supported planning drafts, optionally discuss gate concepts, and request material prices from connected suppliers. Account access is reviewed and managed.
Which gate drafts are supported?
Calculated fabrication is for rectangular vertical-picket gates: single swing, double swing, and dedicated sliding recipes with supported flat-top and double-rail designs. Purchased spear tips are optional in the newer recipe. Every output remains an unvalidated draft for your shop to check.
What about doors, fences, railings, and guards?
Those categories are limited to enrolled private-beta accounts. They can retain details, manual all-in selling quotes, and revisions, including on a consolidated estimate. They do not currently include non-gate imagery, calculated fabrication materials or cuts, or fabrication documents.
How do supplier requests and pickup orders work?
A shop selects connected suppliers for a material request. Each supplier can reply with a private offer. The shop may compare and accept one complete request quote, creating one pickup order at that accepted revision. Nothing is selected, approved, or purchased automatically.
Are supplier accounts ready for any supplier to join?
Supplier workspaces support onboarding and pilot work with approved setup. Real trading requires approved catalogs, prices, customer terms, and trading activation. Estivelo is not a public supplier marketplace.
What is the difference between an estimate PDF and a concept PDF?
The customer estimate PDF records the completed price. A concept PDF presents the selected gate concept with its saved details for discussion. Your shop downloads or shares these files from the device. Estivelo does not automatically email either file.
Will a later edit change an issued estimate?
No. An issued estimate preserves its saved job revisions and selling amounts. Later edits or newer catalog prices do not silently revise it. Issue a new estimate deliberately when the job changes.
Does requesting access create an account?
No. A welding-shop or supplier request is saved for manual review. It does not create an account, grant beta access, or activate supplier trading on its own.
